What is Jeep Tazer JL Mini:

Mini Jeep Tazer JL Programmer is the aftermarket solution to changing your tire size, gear ratio, transfer case, TPMS and more. Priced at $199 it is twice the price of a dealer tune but if you plan to add parts gradually over time and will need several updates it easily pays for itself. Tuning is done via the OBDII port and a bypass module plugged into the SGW port. (The bypass module only needs to be installed during programming or while using the Live features. If the Tazer JL is removed the SGW bypass can be removed as well.)

Similar to the popular Tazer from Z Automotive, the Tazer JL Mini is an essential took for 2018+ Wrangler JL, and JLU owners! This simple plug and play programmer has two parts; the bypass module that is plugged in above the OBD2 module, and the Tazer JL itself that plugs directly into the OBD2 Module.

These are all accessed using the factory dash display using the steering wheel buttons to navigate the menus.

– Dark Mode- Turns off all exterior lighting and dash/radio/shifter lights while parked with engine running.

Light shows: Can be accessed from the key fob or from the on-screen menu. 6 pre-set light shows and 3 make-your-own shows included. Set from the factory to only operate when parked, but can be unlocked for off-road, parade, and emergency personnel use.

Disable Navigation in-motion lockout – enter addresses while the vehicle is moving
Disable camera lockout – use the backup camera and/or added cargo/front/undercarriage camera at any speed for any length of time
Auto Traction Kill – can be set to turn off traction control upon start-up
Auto StopStart Disable – can be set to disable AutoStopStart upon vehicle start-up
AutoPark Disable – can override the AutoPark system
TurnCAM – can turn on backup camera whenever turn signals are used (great for when the doors are off)

Q: Will the Tazer JL lite allow me to se up the Mopar Aux switches??
A: This will work with the Key Fob or In-Dash Display, it does not allow for use of the Aux switches.

Q: What is the firmware version?
A: The newest firmware will be available for free as it comes out.

Q: Auto Stop/Start on and off option?
A: This will have a live function adjustment for the Auto Start/Stop.

Q: Are you able to do the light show with the lite?
A: Yes, this does have a light show mode.

Q: Does the lite have the hood alarm feature?
A: This item does not have a feature for a hood alarm.
